ABOUT US

WM Miller was established in 2013 by Bill Miller and his wife, Marilyn. Bill has worked in the concrete industry since 2002, working alongside his dad and brothers in a family-owned and operated construction company.

Service

Our primary goal is to serve and provide the commercial and residential construction industry with a concrete product and service that will, in the end, strengthen the communities and families of all individuals involved, from the employee to the customer.

We understand that our livelihood depends on our workmanship, and our finished product determines our longevity. Our employees are trained and consistently repeat the same task to ensure high quality. WM Miller has continually reinvested in equipment to stay on the cutting edge of our industry.

CONCRETE FLATWORK SERVICES

WM Miller Concrete Contractors provides top-quality concrete flatwork to construction companies throughout the Michiana region including northeast Indiana and southwest Michigan.

Slab on Grade Floors & Mezzanines

We use our Somero S-15R or S-840 laser-guided screed to place and finish slab-on-grade floors and elevated decks, and follow up with 8- or 10-ft ride-on trowels to achieve optimal FF\FL numbers.

Parking Lots & Driveways

We use our Somero screeds, equipped with a 3-D profiler kit, to place and finish exterior parking lots, driveways, and other multi-slope projects, ensuring accurate drainage.

Laser Screed & Finishing

We do custom screeding and provide screed operators for contractors who do not have a screed. We also rent ride-on trowel machines and provide operator services.

Site Work

We provide sitework services such as sidewalks, integral curbs, and stand-up curbs

Foundations

We provide foundation services including trench footings and piers for commercial steel structures, garages, or other building types that utilize these types of foundations.
